 Dasuki, Dokpesi, Bafarawa

The former National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki, along with founder of Daar Holdings Plc, Chief Raymond Dokpesi and former Sokoto State Governor, Attahiru Bafarawa have been arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

As the suspects were slammed with various charges on money and fund laundering, the anti-thief agency also arraigned former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda, Dasuki, Shuaibu Salisu, a former Director of Finance at the NSA office, Sagir (Bafarawa's son), and a company, Dalhatu Investment Limited on a 22-count charge of fraud and money laundering.

The report  from a source through EFCC said that the accused persons may be in dock at the Federal High Court on Wednesday.

EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, told the online medium that charges have been filed against the suspects but declined comment on whether Sambo and his colleagues would be arraigned Wednesday.

In the past few weeks, the anti-graft agency has in the course of its investigations made some high profile arrests in connection with the matter.
