Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, is set to file his petition before the governorship election petition tribunal, today, although the tribunal is yet to be constituted, but petitions are already streaming in through the tribunal’s secretariat located at the state high court headquarters.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared the November 21 governorship election inconclusive on November 22, 2015 and rescheduled a supplementary election in 18 local government areas in the state, which took place on December 5, 2015.
James Abiodun Faleke had earlier written to the leadership of the APC, declining his position as running mate to the governor-elect, Alhaji Yahaya Bello,
